Is Access Database Recovery Software Safe to Use?

It is one of the most common question being asked by users i.e. ‘Is it safe to use Access Recovery Software for corrupt Access file & object recovery’? I strongly recommended “YES” but some points are applicable. Users avoid some points when choosing access recovery software which are most consideration points in to account when working or choosing these tools. Users choose access recovery software as per their knowledge. I was surprised to see where 65 percent users reported that they could not recovered their important data and 35 percent reported that they are satisfied & recovered their data successfully. Here's another eye-opener. WHY 65 percent users were not satisfied with Access Database Recovery software? That is why it is very important to do full market research before choosing any software.

Advanced Features CHECK: Each Access recovery software offers wide range of advanced features, such as support of access database files, ability to recover from all versions of Access database and so on. First try to analyze a feature set for each of them and choose the one that suits you best. Be careful, though, as some software offers a lot of useless and redundant features that are useless & will more distract than help.


User-friendly INTERFACE: Choose the software which have the simplest user interface, so that you don't have to waste your precious time on studying it. Look out for software that elegantly combines an easy-to-use interface with extensive set of useful functions. This may be crucial for downloading any database recovery software.


Recover Data PERFECTLY: Well, it's obvious that a database recovery tool should first of all recover data perfectly after that any other thing. It’s a good idea to first download a trial version which is free of cost & finds your lost file. If it fails to recover database, then it means something wrong may be not only with the database but also with the software.


Customer support OPTIONS: When choosing the database recovery software, also pay attention to its customer support options. If the support section has many forms like e-mail, phone, online chat etc then it invokes a feeling of trust and safety. You can call mail to customer support before purchasing the software & collect all the details about the software. OR you can also send your corruption case by mail & can get idea that the case can be repairable or not. 


On the positive side, a few users thought that this whole points has been seamless — even though other one find it will take a long time to figure out. But in my opinion, if you are consider whole points it will not take more than 15 minutes. So consider each & every mentioning point before using any database recovery software.

In my experience, due to advances in all areas of IT that play a part in Access corruption (Network hardware and software, OS, the skill of the Access developer) I have noticed a reduction in the amout of calls I get regarding corruption. That's not to say it doesn't happen! And when it does tools like Stellar Phoenix are a life saver.
